Houdini Rope & Ring Trick
Overview :
Escape from the knot right in front of your eyes. An amazing close up effect.
Detailed Description :
You will think Houdini is alive again with this one! The magician borrows a string/rope and a key ring or some such circular object. He then folds the rope in half and threads the folded part through the ring, next placing the free ends through the loop, thus encapsulating the ring on one end. Next, while the magician holds the end with the ring, the spec is asked to tie a knot in the other end. After doing so the rope is examined to make sure it is secure. Then the magician just rubs the ring and rope and the ring melts right off! Amazing! You can do this with a shoelace and a key ring if you do not want to carry the objects with you. This way all the items can be borrowed. This trick has a difficulty rating of 2.

Fantastic Five Magic Card
Overview :
You have seen the movie, now learn the trick! Fantastic 4, or is it 5!
Detailed description :
Any card is selected from the deck and remembered. Then the spec places it on top and the deck is cut to lose it in the middle. After doing so, the magician or the spectator spreads the deck out on the table. There is one face up card but, oh, is it their card? All is not lost though, as the magician explains that it is a spot card. So he takes all the cards to the right of it and sets them aside. Then he pushes the 5 aside and counts 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 cards off and turns over the 5th card to the left. It is their card! Not only that but when the magician turns over the 4 cards between the two face up cards, they are the 4 aces! This trick has a difficulty rating of 3.
